Breakfast Club

All children will receive a healthy breakfast and be able to take part in a variety of games and activities suitable for their age range.  Our staff will take children to their classes for the start of day.

After School Club

3.20pm to 6.30pm (Term time only)

£14 daily (£12 for younger siblings)

Children gather together after school and are registered before taking part in a range of different actvities. In the light summer months, we take advantage of our lovely school grounds, and weather permitting; we have the children out playing as much as possible. We also provide a healthy snack bar within the after-school registration alongside a hot meal which we serve between 4:30-5pm.

Terms & Conditions

  • Making bookings

Parent must complete the form above each term to show that they wish their child to attend. This must be in a regular weekly pattern so that staffing ratios can be maintained. One-off bookings cannot be made unless agreed by the Headteacher, usually only for safeguarding reasons.

  • Payment

Payment will be made through MCAS in advance for the term ahead.

Bank details for childcare vouchers:

Lloyds Bank, Sort Code: 30 65 41 Account: 36870068.

  • Children’s Sickness

When your child is unwell and not in school we understand that this is sometimes unforeseeable, so the first day we will cancel your child’s BAT session with no charge.  If your child's sickness extends beyond a 24 hour period we require you to advise us each day that your child is not attending their reserved BAT session. If you don’t let us know, you will be charged.

  • School Clubs

If your child attends a school based club, they will be collected by a member of the BAT club staff at the end of the club session. It is the parents’ responsibility to inform BAT club staff of any clubs their child is due to attend. BAT or the school will not be held responsible for missed clubs if information has not been duly passed on by parents.

  • Behaviour

All children and parents are expected to adhere to the schools behaviour policy (available on the school website). Repeated poor behaviour could result in either a temporary or permanent basis cancellation of your Childs’ place at BAT club. Monies already paid will not be refunded.

  • Lateness

BAT closes promptly at 6.30pm. If parents are late collecting their child(ren) they will incur late charge which is £10 per child per for every 15 minutes you are late. This late charge will be applied to your child's MCAS account balance. If a parent is late more than three times in collecting their child then they may forfeit their child’s place in After School Club, this will be at the managers' discretion.
